Spine Intervention

In every year, an expected 11,000 spinal cord injuries happen in the United States. Neuroimaging DTI (Diffusion Tensor Imaging) strategy is used to determine biomarkers delicate to white matter pathology in pediatric chronic SCI patients. The DTI method will enable to gather high determination DTI pictures with less mutilation and enhanced SNR making it perfect to picture the pediatric spinal cord and infer biomarkers in a precise and reproducible way. Utilizing this technique, the main purpose is to build up and approve DTI values for the whole spinal cord for normal and children with spinal cord injuries.
